Opalio terms of use

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Opalio is a photo gallery app for Android, published by PEULET Jérémie EI (sole trader, entrepreneur individuel under French law; contact: contact@nobrocodegames.com).

Opalio is free and provided as is. Everything happens on your phone: the app has no internet access and collects no data (see the privacy policy).

1. Your files

Your photos and videos stay on your phone, and Opalio doesn’t back them up. Keep a copy of your important files somewhere else, for example on a computer.

2. What makes private content lost

Private content is permanently lost if:

  • you forget your code while “Forgotten code: use the phone’s lock” is off;
  • the “Documents/Opalio” folder on the phone is deleted;
  • the phone is lost, stolen or reset;
  • you switch phones without first taking your files out of private content;
  • you uninstall the app while the phone’s Google backup is off or unavailable;
  • you use “Delete all private content”.

No one can open your private content for you, not even the app’s author.

3. Your use

You are responsible for how you use the app. “Intruder photo” takes a picture of whoever enters a wrong code: use it with respect for other people’s privacy.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app’s author can’t be held liable for data lost in the situations above. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you, in particular as a consumer.

5. Changes

These terms may change along with the app. The current version is always in the app (Settings > Opalio > Terms of use) and on this page, whose date above is then updated.
